Dear Lance Thank you for your reply Please find the below steps which I have performed also my input for above information. • I have reduced the mailbox size & Status showing folders are up to date • Inbox is absolutely fine • I have done the 'empty cache' post that removed the account and added again • There are no any rule in inbox neither sent as sent item is syncing properly in other platform like Apple Mail & Webmail. • This is Exchange account • Outlook Version - 15.31 (170216) • Mac OS X Version - macOS Sierra (10.12.3) Do let me know in case you need any further input from my side.

Dear Barry Thank you for your response Recently I have upgraded the iMac machine with macOS Sierra (10.12.3) & Mac Office 2016 [ 15.31 (170216)] and found that sent items are not syncing also to check the same I have configured the exchange account on Mac Mail client where it's absolutely fine then have login on Webmail to check the same and can see all the sent e-mails, I have attached the screenshot of my exchange account from both Outlook & Webmail account, please have a look. Please be informed that Inbox is absolutely fine on this platform only have issue with Sent item.Also I am surprised to see how it's showing folder is up to date if its not downloading all the e-mail from server. Also while searching I can not see e-mails which are not syncing from server. Thanks umakant.
Hi Umakant, Thanks for your reply. After you noticed the issue occurs, are the sent emails you created recently all synced to Outlook for Mac client? If yes, which means that there are problems with the syncing of the old sent items.

As a workaround, I suggest you create a new folder in Web mail and move the sent emails that are not synced to this folder, then check if they could be synced to Outlook for Mac client.
